S1 Pro doesn't lock you into our fixed ecosystem. The connector buckle expands compatibility to 20+ third-party accessories from your preferred brands. However you'd like to train, S1 Pro keeps adapting to you.


The motor delivers up to 220lbs (100kg) of ressitance, enough for serious strength work across every major movement.
Adjustment runs in 1lbs (0.5kg) increments, with output that stays smooth and consistent throughout the range. No clunking, no lag, no sudden spikes.
Paired with 5 resistance modes - Constant, Eccentric, Concentric, Elastic, Rowing - each engineered to change how force travels through the movement.

The 7x9x3 adjustable arm system delivers 185 force-angle combinations - 9 height levels, 7 tilt levels, 3 width levels. Whether you're 152.5CM or 195.5CM, every movement feels natural and is bulit around your frame.

When you're loading up for heavy pulls, deep squats or rotational power work, the last thing you should be thinking about is whether the machine will hold. S1 Pro is engineered to stay planted and structurally consistent under serious load.
The main colums run 70x40mm with 2.5mm steel wall thickness. High-load connection points use precision-forged structural steel - the same approach used in commercial equipment - engineered for fatigue resistance under repeated heavy loading.


Single-side arm load rating: 300lbs (150kg). The high-strength nylon cable is rated to 660lbs (300kg), built for daily heavy use without compromise.
The low-carbon steel pedal is rated to 1,587lbs (720kg) on a 300mm contact area. A low centre-of-gravity structure keeps 60%+ of the machine's weight in the base - from heavy pulls to rotational power, S1 Pro stays planted.

Grounded in the ACS physical fitness assessment model, it builds a complete profile of where your bosy actually is, and maps a professional-grade roadmap to where it needs to go.
After your initial strength assessment, S1 Pro generates a recommended starting weight for every major movement pattern. From there, it remembers.
Every session, your weights carry over, and as your strength develops, the system uses velocity-based training principles to detect when you're ready to progress.
