CONTEST PERIOD: 1ST JUL – 31ST OCT 2021
- [Contest Period] Fitness Concept Specialist Chain Sdn. Bhd. (“The Organiser”) Gemilang Merdeka Spend & Win Contest (“The Contest”) will run from 1st July 2021 (10 am) and closes on 31st October 2021 (10 pm). Entry forms received after this date will be disqualified.
- [Qualification] This contest is open to all Malaysian residents, aged 18 years and over at the time of the entry. All employees of Fitness Concept, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the contest and if found to have entered the contest, entries will be cancelled immediately.
- Incomplete, illegible and incorrect entries, and those without proof of purchase will be disqualified.
- The judges' decision is final and conclusive, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
- The Organiser will be collecting personal data about Participants via registration form and the personal data of Participants will be properly kept and secured. By giving your personal data to participate in this Contest, you are deemed to have consented the processing your personal data for such purpose.
- [Terms & Conditions] The Organiser reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Contest.
