All employees of Fitness Concept, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the contest and if found to have entered the contest, entries will be canceled immediately.

3. Incomplete, illegible and incorrect entries, and those without proof of purchase will be disqualified.
